I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN IN CONTACT WITH DONINIQUE GARZA. SHE HAS BEEN MOST HELPFUL AND DILIGENT I TRYING TO CORRECT A SITUATION FOR ME. Stannett was personable, polite, professional, and pursued everything possible to find my third and fourth tier medications. Unfortunately, my meds did not have programs outside the manufacturers. However, I was more than satisfied by Ms.Lee's service, and would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

I'll admit it, my job decided to let me go. I had health insurance (BC/BS) thru my job. When I lost my job, I lost my health insurance. At first, I was in a bit of a panic what to do! I take many psychotropic medications to stabilize my bipolar I disorder with accompanying psychosis. A peer told me of Prescription Lifeline, and so I called. After getting the easy-to-follow instructions and paperwork explaining how to set up my account, I was off to see my psychiatrist. My psychiatrist wrote 90 day prescriptions for all my medications, I mailed the originals to Prescription Lifeline, and was able to stay happy and healthy [and, literally out of the mental ward]. What a miracle Prescription Lifeline is. I would call, and sometimes have to leave a voicemail. Unlike most businesses these days, who take seemingly forever to return my calls; my calls were always returned the same day. Today, for example, I need help with something from Prescription Lifeline. I made a quick call, and left a detailed message. Patient Advocate, Layla Lopez, was quickly on my line! Layla, assisted me with all of my needs, and answered all of my questions succinctly and expeditiously. I would recommend Prescription Lifeline to anyone!! Prescription Lifeline is an easy, [and affordable], alternative, if one should, for any reason, find oneself without health insurance.

I worked in customer service for 25 years and learned that your company is only as good as the customer service provided to the client. Robbyn Miller was great and very helpful she would always return my phone calls and I felt like she was very trustworthy helping me with my mother-in-law script Pradaxa which is a very expensive medicine, great costumer service. Thank goodness i found out about prescription lifeline. I think it will save me pretty soon once i get my paperwork in order thanks to Lauro I had a program that I was approved for , for 12 months, so I was told. As long as I was on insurance it was true, but, they forgot to tell me when I went on Medicare it no longer would pay because it was government insurance. To make matters worse, they informed me of this 3 days before my prescription was to ship. My copay for my first month is 2800.00 and 400.00 plus after that. Once I can get started my copay will be under 55.00 per month. Once I get started I will write a follow up review. Thank you Lauro and prescription lifeline for your help.
