Prescription Lifeline has truly been a lifesaver financially. They have greatly reduced the cost two of my very costly medicines. In particular, I have been in touch with representative, Layla Lopez, who tirelessly and effectively, advocated on my behalf with my physician's office who weren't being compliant. I highly recommend Prescription Lifeline to anyone needing financial assistance with their meds. They are A-1!

My experience with Prescription Lifeline was EXTREMELY pleasant !!! I was lucky enough to have a girl named KALA answer when I called for help when I could not afford one of my very much needed prescriptions. Kala went above and beyond to help me find a way I could afford my prescription. Kala is MOST DEFINITELY a HUGE asset to the company.. .now don't get me wrong, EVERYONE I spoke to was very pleasant but I mostly dealt with Kala, who actually kept researching other avenues for me even after we hung up and would actually call me back to inform me of her progress. She understood my situation, which was complicated, and spoke clearly in terms I could understand and never got frustrated with all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend Prescription Lifeline to EVERYONE in need of help obtaining affordable prescriptions....PRESCRIPTION LIFELINE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!!! I even called back to their customer service line after dealing with Kala and signing up to get my Rx, to ask one last quick question and even the girl in that department (Jennifer, I think) was very patient and informative. I just can't praise the employees, and Prescription Lifeline and especially Kala enough. If she needed assistance she did not hesitate to approach her boss, Jessie Callender, who again was extremely fast to help me. With or without insurance or Medicare call this company if you need help with your prescription affordability.. everyone there is EXTREMELY helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, speak clearly in English and go out if their way to help you. From the time I got in touch with Prescription Lifeline(formally SCBN) and was put in touch with Meghan McKibben I knew I was in good hands. Not only is Meghan quite informative as to your needs but she is quite knowledgeable as well. I needed diabetic medicine for my husband and not only did she tell me about the company that distributes it but also helped me as to how to go about getting it, Meghan is available at all times and I have never had a problem reaching out to her. If she is not available at the time of the call she definitely responds to your message.I have recommended Prescription Lifeline and to ask for Meghan when they do call. This company has always helped me solve any problems that may have come up with my meds. The Patient Advocacy Team is aways pleasant and willing to help. This is a good company to have when specialty drugs are required.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone, I’ve only talked with nice, helpful people so far, Rodger has been extremely helpful, and patient , he stayed on the phone and hour with me going out of his way to help me through some complications I was having. (My end not theirs) so yes 5 out of 5 stars!!
