i have been a patient with this company for years and they have treated me good, up until recently when they raised their membership fee for $ 35.00 to $ 49.00 which is insane. Some people there are hard to deal with and are snotty and mean to you, but just recently i started having good dealings with them because of a customer service person that is very nice and kind and knows how to deal with people in a terrific manner, listens to you and gets your problems resolved quickly and correctly. She will be the only person that i deal will from now on and she is the reason i gave the review 5 stars instead of 3 or 4. Thank you Francisca, your the best, keep up the good work ( hope i spelled your name right )
