I was so impressed with both Greg who took my initial application and then with Madison who is my advocate. Their professionalism and kindness and their help was greatly appreciated. It is such a joy to know that there is help with my medicine that I need to keep breathing. A Big thank you again to both Greg and Madison for all of their help.

Everyone at Prescription Lifeline has been wonderful to work with from the start! I really don't know what I would have done without their help. When the RX's, with my Insurance went up so much, I was sure I could not afford them anymore.Then, Thank Goodness, I found this company! This place has been a BIG help and has saved me so much money. They even help my Dr's Office with the paperwork,they will remind you when it's time to reorder your Medication so you get it on time, and you actually get to speak with live people, who treat you with respect. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with medication costs. Yes they are worth it for sure!

I had an issue regarding the medication under my account so I contacted Nikki Evans and she quickly resolved the issue. My medication would have cost me $1000/month but through this program, it cost $49/month. Prescription Lifeline is a lifesaver.

I have been in touch with your company for 2 weeks. On July 11th I went to pu my insulin, they told me the price was $600, since I was in the donut hole. Zone price went from $47 to $600, I freaked. I immediately contacted your company. I filled out my portion and my doctor filled out her portion of the form. Athens signed forms were mailed out to you together with a copy of this years 1040 form along with a printout from CVS showing how much out of pocket from January1st to July 11th, 2018 which put me in the donut hole. I had spoken to 2 different advocates, one saying they received everything needed, the other telling me the meds would be sent to my doctor as it was in the past years.. Not hearing from my doctor, I called, this time, i spoke with Layla who explained that I was being denied,. I freaked, was in tears. Layla said let me see what I could do. The numbers they had were different from what I submitted, I don’t know where they got those figures from. I am retired since I was 62 years of age. Your company has helped me in the past 8 years, never went through this before. Layla explained to me that I would receive a letter from Social Security at which time I would fax same to your company. I must say Layla put me in a different frame of mind, she is certainly an asset to your company, a very kind and compassionate young lady. i can’t wait to put this situation to rest and pu my meds from my doctor.
