It took several months to get the program started for me but I finally got it and I am pleased with the results.

I had a very good experience .....am 88 years old and was prescribed Xarelto with co pay of 450.00 per month which I could not afford( I was in Medicare donut hole) Your employees did get me a coupon for a free month after I had used fiirst months precription which I picked up but doctor took me off med because of bad reaction to it and put me on 325mg aspirin which has been working out well soo far. That being said, everyone I talked to was compassionate kind,and understanding. It is a terrible feeling to be in a situation where you cannot afford meds. Your company did help in my case for which I was very grateful.

I was help with the outmost respect and caring people. They helped me with the documents that was sent. They helped me page by page one item to the next. Till all documents was filled then my doctors had to do their forms. That took time about 5 days. I think called them to informed them that the doctor filled their forms they went through every page to find that he missed one whole page went back for that. They explained every thing that was going to happen step by step till the decline and exemption had to be done the last approval letter received. It was a delight to call them & to get a call back within an hr or end of day.

I am completely satisfied with Prescription Lifeline! My representative is Perla Macias. She orders my refills when it is time and I don't have to bother with it. The price is good for the medicine I take!
