I am writing to provide feedback…
I am writing to provide feedback regarding Christina Ortiz, my primary Advocate. As I have written before while former Advocate, Angelica, always took the time, patience, and especially expertise to help attain my Humira I had also mentioned that Prescription Lifeline delivers exceptional Customer Service. Human nature often doesn't like change, especially when we as consumers are receiving quality and detailed services. When I found out that Christina was taking over, I admit I hesitated, primarily because I've become to know how arduous it is to navigate these Medicare laws, restrictions that make it difficult to attain Tier 5 medications at an affordable price. After the first 5 minutes on the phone with Christina, I immediately knew that she indeed projected the same expertise and Customer Service skills, as she knew about all of my history with Prescription Lifeline. This tells me she pays close attention and that Prescription Lifeline has a corporate culture that does indeed focus on your consumers. It is one thing to have bad or even mediocre Customer Service for cable, internet, etc. However, it is compounded when health is on the line instead of a cable billing issue. Christina has been very patient with me since Angelica's departure (this is one of the most important soft skills, as I often have to have conversations while I'm on medication, slowing the process significantly). I want you to know that I warmly embrace the change and have seen absolutely no setbacks or drop in assistance, availability, or knowledge of the goal Christina is helping me continue to achieve, which is trust that she will provide me with access to my Humira or possibly other biologics/Tier 5 treatments at an affordable price. This may be more feedback than is necessary, but I believe that it is warranted when it comes to consumers health. The name of the company "Prescription Lifeline" is well represented by your Advocates, such as Christina Ortiz. This email should have been written around November 14th, however, I need to be lucid enough to convey what I really want Christina's 1st level manager to know.
