I am a very new member of Prescription Lifeline. I made connection with a very friendly young man, Zack. He explained what I could expect from the company. I was then connected to Roger who took information and explained what the cost would be and more of what to expect from them. Two days later I received a call from Dominique. She took down the names of my prescriptions and called today with ways I can save more on most of them. I look forward to getting my membership package and to get a prescription that we couldn’t afford before this week but really will help my COPD.

Prescription lifeline has been a huge help, was iffy at first when they needed my bank info but they have been awesome, no problems with them at all. Customer service rep Layla Lopez was very effective for me getting to the bottom of my issue! She was very friendly had a positive attitude and I felt like she satisfied every question I had to the fullest! And Dean set this whole thing up and he was great too! Thanks guys! Saved me lots of $$$ Lindsey

Once you get your medicine being sent to you it is wonderful. BUT in my case it took almost three monthes to get the pharmaceutical company, Dr office and Prescription Lifeline to get things worked out. I am so appreciative for their assistance program.

Anjali has been very knowledgeable and precise in what she has told me...I will sign up with Prescription Lifeline just because of her honesty and openness with the information I need.

what nerve you have asking for my bank's routing number and account number to get me a card for a prescription that my plan no longer covers...then to tell me my pharmacy will GIVE me my meds when I show them your card...that I have paid YOU for the meds. WHAT??? Your rep. Angelui, was very pleasant until I stared asking ore questions....then, not so pleasant. PEOPLE.....DON'T DO THIS!!!!!

Ok since my less than stellar review, Nicole from prescription lifeline contacted me and let me know my medication had been delivered to my doctor's office, so i was able to pick it up. Nicole was very helpful and I'm appreciate her contacting me. She was very helpful, thank you!!

Great savings I which I have done it sooner. The staff is very friend and full of knowledge. You do need your Dr. to fill out & sign some papers.
