My advocate is always right on time reminding me it's time to reorder my medicine. Also she was most helpful getting my doctor to give me a renewal prescription, which I spent more than a month trying to get. The office staff was absolutely no help. They even said I had to make an appointment to speak with the doctor about signing the paper work needed for my prescription. My advocate made several calls and finally it was resolved.
