I was very upset because when I started this program I was approved for $35 to pay for lyrica then in 2 years it has jumped to $49. That’s a BIG jump in 2 years. If it continues to go higher I will drop out, because I wouldn’t be saving anything. Mrs. J Hughis

I had quite a few problems with getting my medication and questions answered. It was very frustrating and upsetting. Then Layla took iver as my advocate and everything was taken care of properly. She was very friendly and efficient. I am very glad she is now my advocate.

Good service. Only issue is annual renewal from you guys comes too late and I'm having a high co-pay until the renewal process is completed which that requires me waiting on other agencies such as ADAP denial. Renewal forms need to be send at least 1-1/2 months ahead. Otherwise very happy with your assistance.

At first we were a little leery about using lifeline for one of our prescriptions but after filling out the necessary paper work it only took 3 weeks for them to get the approval from the company to receive and send us the pills for one year at no cost to us.
