Adeline Alezy helped me several times in the last 30 or so days after another -- another denial by BMS on the same data sent to them before. Apparently BMS has no process to maintain continuity of appeals so they do not ask patients to repeat redundant information, which in the last case, information sent in December was last. I spoke several times with Adeline with explanations of prior problems, sent history and updates to her who interceded for me, and I received prompt approval for Eliquis at least until 12/31/2020 at which time BMS will want the same appeal process with only med list and this year's income, a repeat of July 2019 appeal. Thanks to Adeline.

The advocates I have spoken with were all very helpful and courteous. I was blessed to have received my medication as long as I did. Even though my medication is no longer available I am very thankful to Prescription Lifeline for their past help. I recommend their services to anyone who needs help with their meds.
