The renewal process is difficult, it usually Takes me 3-4 times sending info to get everything, maybe if that process easier it would be perfect

I feel the pharmacies should be doing more to help seniors with prescriptions to get better pricing.I don't blame the pharmacy but i think they could at least voice their opinion on trying to lower prices for them.PAYING 500.00 DOLLARS FOR A 30 DAY SUPPLY IS OUTRAGEOUS.Being on Medicare or something to that effect is hard enough,living as a senior is not easy. So please help a little' you will all be seniors someday. Just my opinion:

On a whole my experience was pretty good. I do feel there was some miscommunication on my refills for my insulin. I received only one supply of insulin and no refills. I ended up spending a lot of money out of pocket for insulin. So what i was paying every month to prescription life should have been less.
