Have really appreciated the help and speed in receiving the Forteo. Everyone I have spoken to was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I have had, I needed to talk to a pharmasist and I was a couple of minutes late on a Friday evening. Had to wait until the following Monday to get an answer. It's a wonderful program, thanks again!

Except for gsk not having a prescription for Ventolin and I had shredded the one returned to me. It is a slow process not taking money that is right on the date every month. I did not receive a 3 month supply only 2. I am still happy to have it!

After initially helping me get the first med from AbbVie, I had almost no contact with Prescription Lifeline. I had to provide all AbbVie renewal and new drug applications by myself.

This has been the most challenging ordeal I have faced in years. Being out of medication while experiencing a flare was horrible. Next year I hope to receive the renewal paperwork at least 2 months ahead of time because the GI Doctor wasn't in the office to sign them in a timely manner. Once I received the paperwork, Adeline worked hard to expedite shipment. As it stands, my meds are scheduled to arrive tomorrow Thank God!!!
