Too much time elapsed from when I received email telling me meds would be shipped and when they actually arrived.,over 2 weeks. I had to call your customer service and my doctor office....

I have not yet received my first prescription order, so not sure if all is just so. Agents I spoke to were very easy to talk with and helpful ... still $30.00 a month hurts, but so much better than not having the medication I need! Thank you so very much! Peggy

Great experience

I have always felt that in answering questions, for the consumer, information needed is always provided without question. When it's customer service at a level of not having to ask any questions after all information is given, then it's an excellent and exceptional review. I was however impressed by the 1st person then actually transferred me to the team that took the final information. I believe her name was Angela.

At the moment I’m not in need of your services because I haven’t met my deductible. It is very helpful when I can use it.
