I faxed paperwork as requested to pharmacy and still did not receive my cymbalta Rx. When I phoned to investigate why, I was told I did not send paperwork. It was even supposed to be expedited. Karen worked with me via phone and after a lengthy time my questions were answered the best she could with info she had and problem was resolved. Cudos to Karen. I will see if this problem is resolved when I receive my Cymbalta in a few days. Very frustrating, but I am hopeful.
