Took awhile until all the Dr:s report, etc got; n to finally get the Trulicoty was delivered.

Time for everything to get done was confusing and cumbersome. Keeping me updated was on time. 2 months almost and I still haven't recieved my medication.

I am very pleased to have been approved for assistance with my prescribed medicine. Thanks for the guidance and consideration.

now that I've transitioned to Medicare, my copays were ridiculous. so I began searching for assistance programs to off set the increased costs. I contacted Prescription Lifeline nd learned I may qualify for their assistance thru a Novartis program. I received support with enrolling after providing the necessary documentation. etc. and am currently awaiting word on their determination. Very easy so far!!

I I’m still in the process of getting my paperwork signed by my doctor hopefully will get it back before I get another month deducted

The advocates are quick to respond which makes working with them extremely pleasant. My only wish is that they would send documentation that is specifically for my physician directly to her. Not always convenient for me to get to the doctor's office in a timely manner. Especially during this pandemic.
