Why the "4"? Because we must always leave room for improvement.
Prescription Lifeline has been helping me obtain medications that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive, for several years. Representatives seem to be truly caring and have been consistent in reminding me of what I need to do next. They've gone the extra mile to help me meet needed deadlines. Over the years, I've watched Prescription Lifeline implement small changes that have produced big improvements. Are things perfect? Not yet, but I look forward to seeing the next year's improvements that are sure to come

Great customer service from Gerald…
Great customer service from Gerald Gaston. He was very empathetic to my need of a lower price for the drug I was prescribed. Although he wasn't able to get me in the program, I felt his heartfelt desire to help me.Great customer service.
