This company takes your money before they even know if they can get your prescriptions. If you qualify, PL gets your prescription for free and charges you. They do not accept credit cards because you could get your money back. They demand your bank number and immediately take money from it before you get anything. I found out within days of connecting to this company that they were a sham and I cancelled within 7 days. I was told to send all their forms back to them and they would refund $50.00. I did this and was sent notice today that I will get nothing. I do not have the space to share all the lies I have been told.

No one has been rude to me, but this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You pay a monthly fee for nothing. All I got were excuses why they couldn't do this or that, and forget phone appointments they never call. I am so enraged over this. The manager I spoke with said they would cancel my membership and send a e-mail to confirm this, haven't got anything as of yet. I'm not a happy camper!!!! LZ

This is upsetting. Everyone who uses sites like this are desperate. Their insurance is charging too much or they don’t have insurance at all and are begging for help. Well this was one of the worst experiences of my life trying to get help from people who say their main priority is their costumer. I understand people make mistakes but when you make a mistake when someone is waiting on you, for medicine they need to take every day, you would think they would do what ever they can to make it right. Instead they beat around the bush tell you they are sorry there’s nothing they can do you’ll have to wait a little longer, and what ever else they can say and hope you don’t insist on a different solution. You see, there is always something they can do that they should do. I had to cancel my memebership before receiving my first prescription because I felt like I was just another piece of paper work. Never mind their supervisors. This is very unfortunate but I refuse to be treated like they are my only option.

We just received a letter that Prescription Lifeline has decided that without warning they intent to increase our monthly "MEMBERSHIP FEE" from $35.00 to $74.00 ! We dd not agree to let them increase their "membership" and will stop payments from our credit card. As I understand it; their only function is to collect your data and submit it to the pharmaceutical house and they pay nothing as the manufacturer provides the medication FREE ! That these pharmaceutical companies let these middle men , who do nothing beyond the initial application, get rich on seniors is disgusting !

This year my husband's company switched insurance companies. Which meant last years's $45 co-pay went out the door,and in came a a huge medication deductible as well as a huge medical deductible. I was so excited when i found prescription lifeline! when the told me how much it was going to be, oh my it was still going to be expensive, but manageable! But, i'm a bit OCD about researching companies that want me to give them an a regular access to my checking account! i learned the hard way that just because you cancel something, doesn't mean that it was cancelled. And boy am i ever glad i did! i asked the representative, Rustie Liles if they were registered with the BBB and she stammered, and said,well i don't know." RED flag number one. so she quickly redirected me to the company's review page. RED flag number 2! reviews are hand picked for this page ( i'm sure this one will quickly be taken down.i have copied and posted on the BBB) so they are all good. but like i said i'm OCD. i checked the BBB. they get a D grade. that's almost failing! they have cases pending against them. All for the same thing. Failing to send out the medications that were already paid for and failing to refund money for medications never received, and failure to cancel memberships, and not refunding that money. I know times are desperate people, but please don't waste your hard earned money or money you don't have on a scam. there are other places to go to just keep looking. keep the faith !
