I have tried to work with these people. They first took 158.00 to establish an account. After deducting the money they say it was a mistake by 60.00 I think. My overpayment was never returned to me. Then they started deducting 38.95 per month. This has been going on since August. They claim they never got paperwork. If they didn't get paperwork why are they deducting money from my account. A typical scam. Get your checking account number and start deducting every month. No meds yet.

We used this service and were told we would receive shipment of meds in approximate 6 weeks. Did the welcome call, sent in paperwork etc. very long turn around time to learn we needed a different pay stub. We we’re charged anyway and in the interim we found alternative coverage and they refused a refund. They provided no goods or services however, kept our money.

This service was so helpful to me. I was able to get my insulin while waiting for the time that I could go on Medicare with a pdp plan. Thanks so much.

very unprofessional. You never know when you will get your medication or if you will get it. when you call about it they talk a lot but with no results. but yet they still take their money out of your account. their followup is terrible. they assigned you advocates when you sign up but good luck getting to talk to them after you have signed up. think twice before joining.

Prescription life line are thieves a lot of the paper work that they do you could have easily done your self, and would have saved your self lots of money. They stole over $500 of my money by consistently taking out $50 a month for 8 months without my knowledge, and I never receiving any medication from them. When explaining it to them they tell me that is my fault, that I verbally agreed whether I get the medication or not, I gave them the right to just take free money..... He tells me that its the work they put in to getting the Medication, I said I could have done this myself.... YOU CAN GO TO THE SAME COMPANY SUCH AS NORVATIS OR ANY OF THE MANUFACTURES THAT THEY FILL OUT THE FORMS FOR YOU FOR, YOU CAN FIND THEM ONLINE AND GO DIRECTLY TO THEM YOURSELF AND PAY NOTHING. Novartis for example will help you will everything, and won't charge you a dime.... Prescription Lifeline are Scams and I have already contacted my attorney and will be taking this further....

I believe the good reviews that are on here are fake! This program is a rip off!!! Perscription assist programs should be free! They charged me a monthly fee of $50 and a sign on fee of $50! I found out from the actual manufacturing company that my medication was 100% covered yet was still being charged a fee of $50 from Perscription life line! When I called them they said that $50 dollars was going toward my medication which was a lie they knew my medication was cover 100% but failed to tell me! so when I called them again I told them I would like to cancel my account when they asked why I said because I'm going to go through someone else I never once said I was going through the manufacturing company myself the lady on the phone asked if I was going to go through the manufacturer and I said yes it's easier for me to do it myself. she then tried to talk me into keeping my account and putting it on hold so that next year whenever my card expired they could contact me again and probably charge me! I will say they do have excellent customer service everyone who I talked to was super nice and very helpful wish I knew they were only acting like that to get money out of me! Please do not fall for this!!

It's a ripoff... They will bill you monthly even when you are not getting meds from them... Spoke with them months ago, told them I was not taking the Lyrica because of the side effects. I did not use the exact words cancel my account, so they continued to charge me.... BS

BEWARE this is just another scam that preys on the poor in need of medication and desperate. There is an upfront fee to join and the "membership" fees every month they make you think is for the medication but is actually just money in their pocket. The medications they say they are getting for you at a discount you can actually have a clinic provider get free for you. Prescription Lifeline charges you the "membership fees" every month whether you actually receive your medication or not.
