Not very helpful in explaining paperwork. I've sent documentation only to be told it is not what they wanted. Also money has been taken from my account and I have not even got the paper work completed.

I was told to contact Prescription Lifeline on a certain day for an update. Paperwork that they have was still not turned in. It has been 10 weeks since I started this program and nothing.

I was told that I pay $79.00 a month for the 1 year, my 1st month would be $129.00 for $50.00 was the processing fee. I understand that. The problem I have fond doing the package of papers I received is on the paperwork, it states I get 4 pens with 2 refills? the way it is written makes me think that I'm only going to receive 8 Forteo pens in the 1 year, yet I'm paying $79.00 a month for 1 full year plus the $50.00 fee. Is this Correct? or will I get the 12 Forteo Pens in this 1 year?

I could have saved a lot of time and Money if I had been told at the beginning that there was a salary cap and what that cap was.

I was told to expect a package of documents within a week to 10 days after initial application. I received an email stating that the package was sent and I should have received it, I hadn’t. I called and was informed that they were lacking 2022 income tax information. I provided the information and was told I would receive the packet in a week to 10 days. Very unsatisfactory service!

It took far too long to finalize the paperwork and cost me $570.00 dollars ($69/month payment to Prescription Lifeline) having to wait 5 months for the paperwork to finally be approved at no fault of mine.
