I’m very sorry that I couldn’t get any help with the price of my prescription.

Everything is fine. Just wish communication of incomplete application would've been a little better

The only complaint l have is trying to phone in to talk to a person can not get through

Alot of paper work, but worth it. Staff helpful and considerate. Had used several years ago for a medication. Easy to reapply. If not for Rx Lifeline I would not be able to afford an important medication.

I called Prescription Lifeline because my Dexilant prescription had not arrived. The attendant who answered discovered that the refill was listed for July rather then June. She quickly changed the date and made sure the refill was sent out immediately so that I would not miss a dose. She was very gracious in helping me and correcting the error

I was Disappointed in them went amount of weight time to get even approved for the medication so I was out of medication for about six weeks but I did receive it and everything is fine now

Each time I called the representative has been very cordial polite and helpful. This is my first time with prescription lifeline and so far everything has really gone smoothly.

I was a little upset that I did not get a return call back. They seem friendly and willing to help.
