Hi Ashby, We mailed out the packet on June 7th and asked you to call us if you dont receive it within 7 business days but we never heard back. We sent an email letting you know the packet was on the way and another email 7 days later to see if packet was received. I do apologize if you never received the packet but we didnt have a way of knowing that until you told us. We were trying to make it right by offering you a free month while we mailed a new packet but you decided to cancel before we could assist you. We are here to help and if you still need assistance please give us a call. We can mail a new membership packet with your application and hold your membership fee until you receive your medication. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope you enjoy the rest of your week.

Hi Anita, I am so sorry about the delay. Everything has been processed on our end and we are just waiting for the Pharmaceutical Company to release the medication. They updated some of their procedures which is causing the delay. We did get confirmation that you are approved for the year, we are just waiting on the pharmacy. Again, we are so sorry it is taking longer than anticipated, we will hold your draft until you receive your medication. We will call again on Monday for shipment information from the pharmacy and will let you know as soon as your medication ships. We do appreciate your patience and you being a member with us. Hope you enjoy your weekend.

Hi Donna, I do apologize you feel we did not assist your husband with his medication. I looked into your husband's account and we were able to get him approved for his medication in 2017 and in 2018. The refills were placed in a timely manner and delivered to the address you provided us. The first shipment was received 7/26/2017 and we spoke to you again 10/4/2017 to confirm delivery on 10/6/2017. Refills were also placed on the following dates: 12/19/2017, 2/1/2019, 04/11/2019, 6/30/19, 8/30/2019 (refill placed by you) and 11/15/2018. Since the enrollment was ending 01/26/2019, we mailed a re-application on 01/03/2019 to get your husband re-enrolled in a timely manner to avoid any delays in receiving his next shipment. We were able to assist and provided you a service. Again, I apologize if the medication was not received, but if there was an address change and medication was not received, we needed to know this information. We don't know of any changes unless you call and let us know. I know your husband is no longer a member but please be sure to re-enroll him with the pharmaceutical company that is providing the medication to ensure he does not miss out on his next shipment. Hi Julie, I do apologize you feel this way. After reviewing your account it looks like we have got you approved for your medication and you have been receiving your shipments. The information and applications that are requested are required by the Pharmaceutical Companies in order to enroll you and ship your medication. A yearly application is required by all companies that assist with medication. It can be a hard process, and we try to make this as easy as possible for our members but sometimes there are a few bumps in the road and I apologize for that. Hi Barbara, I do apologize if any refills were delayed. The end of the year can be pretty busy for the pharmaceutical companies and they tend to fall behind sometimes. I do see a new application is required for the next refills and we mailed you the applications in November 2018.
