This is my second year with Prescriptions Lifeline, and had a good first year. Had some problems with communicating with on the status of my application this year, which caused a delay in my prescription delivery. I called and found out in needed to send more documents. The updates need to be more consistent as the payments are continually being paid for the service. Hopefully no more problems with the application process. Would recommend this service though.

I am pleased to be accepted into this program but it seemed to take quite a few days to finally be notified that my medicine was coming. I would appreciate being notified a little faster.

Although it did take a while to get things going (this was partly due to circumstances out of anyone's control), once I received $4,000 worth of lifesaving meds for just $70 per month, I knew that this service was worth the wait. I've noticed that many other reviewers gave up after a month or two but I'm glad I waited until Prescription Lifeline was able to deliver. Thank y'all so much for getting me my medication! It has truly been a lifeline for me.

Very professional and helpful. Had to repeat info I had already given. Many advocate telephone numbers given, which is helpful, so I will always be able to reach someone. Looking forward to lower Rx prices.
