I have been waiting for a prescription to come in a few weeks ago I contacted your company and was told the my prescription for Duluxitone(cymbal)was denied because I Made too much money yet I received Eloquis and Victors. I was told that they would contact the makers if cymbalta to find out the problem. I called last week and spoke to operator and explained my situation She assured someone would get back to me shortly as they were all busy. No one has called back yet. I have i week left of my medicine.

I am quite disappointed in this group. I have paid $250, still no medication. I find it very difficult to speak with someone. I do get a return call the next day from a different person not up to date on what was discussed with the previous person, who did not update their records correctly regarding what we had discussed and agreed on. Very frustrated and now really sick without medication.

You guys are just playing games I send you what you ask for and you take 35 dollars from me the last 4 month and then tell me I have to send all my paperwork in again so I cant get my medicine again for another month or 2 I could have brought it for what I am paying you. I think your not here to help but use people. I have told my friend not to use you people and I am also going on facebook and tell my experience with you.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stated process middle of June, made three payments and still no medicine. Call for status to be told I have to call prescription crossroad. Crossroad says never got info from Eli Lilly, call them. Lilly states the faxed paperwork was not completed received talk to Lifeline. This is 17 days after fax was sent. Lifeline states it’s to early to follow up with Lilly. But we will refax it. Only it was not faxed according to Lilly. So I’m out of meds and no idea when I will get meds. However the are still taking money out of my account. Don’t believe them that they are only place you can get free meds from. Lilly states you can complete the forms and fax them in and it does not cost $99 start up and $49 a month.

Your service sucks and did not save me one single cent. This service is fraudulent and has been reported to the better business bureau. So, kindly go jump in the nearest lake, you lying pieces of trash.

First contact got us really excited about what they may be able to do for us. However, we were not able to get the prescription we wanted. We needed to get a different prescription so they could assist us with the cost.

William, I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. Unfortunatly not all medications are available through a Patient Assistance Program and the ones that are each have their own unique set of qualifications based on the pharmaceutical company providing the med. The service that Prescription Lifeline Provides is to know what meds are available and what it takes to qualify for each. In your case specifically the pharmaceutical company that provides the medication that you inquired about would not approve you based on your insurance coverage, while the medication that was recommeded to you as a possible alternative comes from a different pharmaceutical company and they would approve you even with the prescription coverage that you have. Prescription Lifeline does not sell or stock medications, our sole purpose is to assist our members in connecting them with a Patient Assistance Program the can be enrolled in for a medication for their specific diagnosis, and sometimes that means they have to switch from one med to another. If you reconsider your decision we are always ready and willing to help. Prescription Lifeline

The woman who helped me was great, however lifeline couldn't help me. It seems if you have insurance, regardless of how little it covers they cannot help you.
