Very pleasant consultants....seems to be a long time to process.

Great to get a lower price for my prescription. But process is way too long. Going over the same things 3 to 4 times I know you need to get it right but that is a lot of time over an hour on the phone.

I have had good experience Prescription Lifeline usually they get right on my problem. Keeping contact with customer's is very important.

When will my package arrive.

Not really good at this but I was satisfied with the company personnel took time with explaining to me what to expect and gained my trust. Employees were very nice and helpful.

They are trying to save me money on my prescription, the process is a little slow

It took several times to get all the paperwork right and we are still working on some of it but I have received my first prescription.
