REPLY Prescription Lifeline duped me
IN REPLY TO REPLY: The funny thing about this is how promptly Prescription Lifeline replied when responding to TrustPilot review. The analogy they used is good. Comparing free tax filing with IRS while others choose to pay HRBlock. Taxpayers know about the option though, I did not. Poor research on me. Prescription Lifeline provided false information, generic answers, delays and repeatedly asked me to complete feedback surveys. If they had been on top of things I would not have been compelled to call AstraZenexa myself to ask where is medication? I got straight through to a human. I was not left on hold. They had answers. And then I learned the service is FREE. I appreciate Prescription Lifeline offers to return one month but I have requested an accounting of services performed on my account and a refund for two payments. We shall see what happens. Providers of services to assist people to maneuver unfamiliar territory is welcome. Legal forms are available for free. We can write and file a court order. Gather necessary documents, serve the parties and pay the filing fee on our own. Or pay someone who is experienced in legal proceedings to do it all for you. The difference is legal advisors are "required" to tell you that. Prescription Lifeline KNOWS most people are unaware of free access to services. That is the idea behind the business. Definition of scoundrel. Maybe start the sales speel by telling callers that some manufacturers offer free service. At least, back up your words with action make me think its worth what I pay for. XXXXXXXXXXX Prescription Lifeline is crafty and I was duped. AstraZeneca has an online app at AZ&ME for financial assistance. Their service is FREE. It took them 7 days to process and deliver our meds which we did not know until after we started with prescription Lifeline 2/9/21 for $99, $49 March, $49 April Just today we got email we are approved and meds will arrive in 7-10 days. They do not know what is going on. They do not know we already have meds due to our own footwork. They charge people for what is free service and use $ to run internet ads duping more people. Probably legal scam. stopped future payments because they also make you sign up for 12 mos.
Response from Prescription LifelineApr 30, 2021
I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way, after reviewing your account I see that Prescription Lifeline did in fact provide AZ&ME with your completed application as well as the required proof of income after which you were approved to receive your medication. Prescription Lifeline is a service based company that advocates for their members and assist in the necessary requirements to be approved. It is like filing your taxes with IRS is free but millions of people pay H&R Block to assist them because of their many years of experience and no one considers them a scam. As a show of good faith I am issuing a 1 month credit to your account. Thank you Prescription Lifeline
