Customer Service was quick to answer and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions

Back in the end of September. I called your number to request help on my one medication. I was downloaded the application to fill out. Have the doctor sign and send back. I return that on 102 heard nothing so Monday of this week. I called again and I talk to INELDA. She said I had no application on file that I must be with another company. So I checked same phone number. I called back the next day she answered again and she helped me with the application. I am so thankful for her, she was great. She helped me with every question. I finally got an ID number. And she helped me follow through to the very end. I am so thankful for her. Because I cannot afford $660 every 3 months for one medication. So thanks again to INELDA.

Overall things went pretty well. Gave me hope that l can afford my meds.
