Roxanne was wonderful! She was easy to understand and seemed very well-versed in the company and what was needed to get me enrolled. She was kind and helpful too during the entire process. When we finished the call, I don't think I had any questions about what to expect. I am so grateful for being able to find your company and that you can help me with the prescription (which I otherwise could not afford). The only down-side to this process is the time it takes to get my first delivery of the medication. 6 to 8 weeks is a long time to wait before beginning the meds and I'm worried by that time I could be malnourished.

You get a human being answering the phone and helping you!! I hope to gosh that this company doesn’t succumb to AI. Everyone who has ever helped has been so professional and empathetic.
