Friendly staff. Always explained, in detail, any and all helpful information to help fill out paperwork. If any questions, they always give the phone number and their names, to know who you are speaking to. This has been a very helpful experience for me. I have been turned down with other organizations, and this one has been the best. They tried and succeeded helping me fill out papers. They're very good.
