Paul M.
Representative did nto seem too concerned about my issue.
I did not feel the representative was very sympathetic to my concerns of miscommunication. She did finally offer to not charge me for one month, even though I had already been charge for three months when I called to stop the medicine since I had built up several months ahead. I was also told I would not be charged and then learned I had continued to be charged over the last three months. I understand now that I am paying for a service and not the medication, but that was not explained very well in the beginning. Now I am out about $100 over the last two month since she waived the one month fee by holding it until August from charging me. It is what it is, but doesn't make me likely to tell others about this company after having this experience.

Hi Paul, We apologize if there was any misunderstanding in the beginning and if you feel your advocate did not sympathize with you. I do see she held your draft to help you out but yes you are paying for a service that helps you get approved for the pharmaceutical companies and maintain your refills and re-enrollments. I am happy to hear you have more than enough medication to last you awhile. If you still have plenty of medication come August, feel free to give us a call and we can extend the draft hold. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you. Hope you have a great rest of your day.
