ABSOLUTELY a scam, with lies and deceit. My pharmaceutical company DOES NOT DEAL with 3rd party advocates, in which Prescription Lifeline was fully aware of this. 257 dollars was stolen by them from 9-27-2022,to 11-30-2022. After seeking legal advice, talking with my pharmaceutical company DIRECT, and filing complaints,I have stopped any drafts of moneys to this company from my bank. They WON'T return phone calls nor answer the phone. I have written a letter to them advising them of cancellation and requesting a full refund. They are professional THIEVES. I have documentation supporting the fact that they knew of the 3rd party policy of my pharmaceutical company. Ozempic which is a very pricey medication, and they knew they could not help me. I wont roll over for this is my promise.

I would like to apologize for your negative experience. Prescription Lifeline is a membership based company that assist its members with approval into Patient Assistance Programs Provided by pharmaceutical companies. Prescription Lifeline has been assisting members since 2006. You are correct that your Patient Assistance Program does not work directly with 3rd party advocates. Prescription Lifeline has an extensive database of all the many rules and requirements to ensure its members are approved for free medications and pharmaceutical companies do not want to give meds away for free. When we have a member whose medication comes from this company we move their paperwork through the dr office and conference the member in to all calls with the company. After all our years of experience we have found ways to continue to assist our members in spite of the resistance from the pharmaceutical companies. In regard to the refund you have requested, your bank has already charged back the funds so I am unable to offer that. Prescription Lifeline
