Premium SaunasReviews of premiumsaunas.com

We are absolutely loving our sauna from Premium Saunas. It has quickly become one of our favorite parts of the day — such a relaxing and restorative experience every time we use it. The quality is excellent, and you can truly feel the craftsmanship in every detail. It heats up beautifully, works consistently, and creates the perfect environment to unwind after a long day or a workout. Assembly was also surprisingly easy and straightforward, which made the whole experience even better. We were very pleased with the service as well — everything from purchase to delivery was smooth and professional. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the experience, and would highly recommend Premium Saunas to anyone considering a sauna.

Bought a rain barrel shower from Premium Saunas in November of 2025. Finally was ready to assemble in March of 2026 and realized upon unpacking the crate that I was missing the plumbing (shower head assembly) and a few other items. I contacted Daniel at Premium Saunas and explained what had happened. He and Juan were extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved so that I could finish the project. Highly recommend using this company and will happily purchase from them again in the future. Many thanks!

The team at Premium Saunas was super knowledgeable and responsive. I had a few questions about delivery prior to making the purchase. They reassured me and made sure my whole process went smoothly. Very quick shipping and delivery. I’m so happy I found them. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable sales staff.

This was a seamless purchase, we are So Happy! All staff we worked with and especially Daniel was extremely helpful. Great experience from ordering to delivery! Thank you

I bought several products including the heater for my sauna. They were helpful, responsive and easy to do business with. Highly recommend.

They were excellent in terms of prompt and helpful and honest communication. They acted in a manner which was totally consistent with what they said they would do and helped me with planning a smooth delivery of my sauna. I would highly recommend them to any friends who were considering a purchase of a sauna.

The customer support at Premium Suana is amazing. Very responsive. The issue with the unit I was having they resolved quickly. The mfg could do a better job in instructions because I had to take the unit apart multiple times to get a flush fit on side walls to the front wall and floor. I am happy with my purchase but based on assembly I can’t give the 5 star rating. Once again not Premium Suanas they were amazing with the purchase, delivery, communication and customer service to help with fix.
