Our salesman Juan was very helpful. The build directions are not easy to understand . Juan was able to answer specific questions to assist us with the build. He follows through, something you don't find often. When we first started shopping Juan was knowledgeable, personable, and the reason we went with Premium Saunas

Great sauna stove!

I am a real reviewer! These guys deserve the five star rating. I was very worried that this website/company was going to be a scam. The customer service team allowed me to do a virtual phone call to verify their authenticity. Everything was shipped in under two weeks time.
