I somehow ended up with 2 accounts (email & mobile). I had to edit the tag number on one of my reservations (email) and was unable to locate the reservation. The associate who helped me, Cynthia Alagao, was awesome. She was professional, courteous, and more than helpful. Her explanations were succinct and easily understood. Please extend my most sincere thanks to her for her assistance today. I wish all customer service representatives would be as helpful.

I received an invoice by mail. My parking fee was paid prior to exiting rather than on entering the convention center. Spoke with Kimberly who was both informative and courteous. Her instructions for appeal and means to access the website were very clear and well articulated. The value of customer service was well represented by Kimberly. I am thankful for her aassistance.

My rep Yolanda made my experience great. I received a parking violation that caught me by surprise as I thought I was registered correctly. Yolanda explained why I received the violation and took the time to help me figure out the problem. She listened first and did not devalue my concern which made all the difference.
