Great Service
Recently I had a transaction with Chris Lake at the Monroe Ave Rochester, NY branch. It was not an easy file and involved much paperwork from the buyer. Chris and his Team including Wendy Coles were able to wade through all the necessary docs and bring this transaction to Closing. Great Job!

Premium Mortgage is the premium lender of choice
I am a real estate agent in Central NY and have been referring my clients to Premium Mortgage for the past 2 years. In particular, Matt Secor of Premium Mortage's Syracuse office has been fantastic. Not only does Matt quickly determine a buyer's ability to buy a house and how much they can afford, he also is very thorough in reviewing with buyers all of the financials pertinent to a real estate transaction. Matt is backed by a company who strives to offer the best competitive rates. They also work diligently to get the loan approved and cleared to close quicker than many other lenders I've worked with. Bottom line, any lender can give a buyer a pre-approval letter. When the letter comes from Premium Mortgage, I know the buyer is in excellent hands. That means peace of mind for the buyer, and also for me.

You WILL regret not using this company
Best communication. On site underwriters. Up to date on programs. Simply the best. I use Steve D'Amico and I love how responsive he is. As a realtor I can honestly say Steve along with underwriter Emma have contributed to making my transactions successful and run smoothly.
