I needed to purchase a new house before I could sell my previous house and Cheryl Barnum facilitated this transaction skillfully. My only problem with Premium was the way in which they interacted with my employer because it required many phone calls to obtain the required information. One or two should have been sufficient. The dog ID gift was an excellent and thoughtful thing to do. All in all everything proceeded almost as smoothly as possible.

We had an amazing and easy experience with premium mortgage. They helped us through our first time home buying with ease. We were grateful they were there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend you use their services.

My experience with Premium Mortgage was terrible! They are so unorganized, there was no follow up, and the communication was never clear and concise. What I also didn’t like is that I was dealing with the loan officer and the loan officer’s processor for the duration of the mortgage process. I met with the loan officer once to provide the documents needed to get pre-approved and after that when I did try to contact the loan officer she would say “I have to check with the processor”. Or some questions I had the processor couldn’t answer and referred me to contact the loan officer. I don’t like dealing with multiple people because that’s when there’s a higher risk of miscommunication which of course is what happened. Premium came across like they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate the volume of clients/customers. They were very slow, never followed up. I would have to reach out for a status every time at which point they would then request for additional information and/or documentation. On top of that, the additional information and/or documentation they needed I had already sent to them. That’s just how unorganized they are. I had to forward at least 4 to 5 emails. It was so frustrating! It’s things like that, that slows the process down even more. I definitely would not recommend getting your mortgage through Premium. I understand that buying a house is a process within itself. It can be long and tedious. I get that, I expected that, but being unorganized, not able to communicate very well or the lack of follow up has nothing to do with the process. That is just poor customer service PERIOD!

Easy to work with everyone, answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Even when things were missed or annoying, they were always upfront about what was going on. Absolutely on top of everything. Overall, they made the process as easy as I could be, I think. As a first-time home buyer, the complexity of the transaction is intimidating, and the amount of paperwork is astounding. It's all there to protect everyone's interests, and I'm very glad to have had them to take care of the details.

My experience with Sayuko Oishi to start the whole process of obtaining the mortgage was a pleasure. She made me feel comfortable and was excellent at explaining everything. She really did have my best interest at heart and I sincerely appreciate it as a first time home buyer. Rebecca App was also thorough and efficient with all required paperwork, etc. and a pleasure to deal with as well. I would not hesitate to work with Premium Mortgage again if need be or to recommend them to anyone else. When we found our house we were told that by our realtor and others that it would be cutting it close to be able to get a mortgage approved and ready to close within the same time frame as our current house had for an expected closing date. Not only did they make the time frame we had happen, they got everything done a week in advance and ahead of the Clear to close on the house we're selling. Sitting down to sign paperwork for a mortgage can be a frightening experience, but Sayuko made it an absolute pleasure. Sayuko and Rebecca were great to work with and were always very helpful when ever I had any questions and would almost always call ahead of any e-mail correspondence just to let me know what was going on and give me the next steps.
