The process of selling and buying a home is a small step above Hell on Earth. As the consumer/customer caught in the melee of documents flying all over creation, changing hands and waiting on approvals, I can honestly say, I would rather have a root canal procedure done with a spoon and without Novocaine. However, I have to say that Joel and Brandon worked hard and legitimately got back to me within hours of my concerns or basic inquiries. As far as their piece(s) of my home selling/buying process was concerned, they were the one resource that I could rely on.
