Jeanie Nasello - Sr. Loan Officer went above and beyond in helpings secure our loan while we relocated across the country from So. Cal. to Upstate NY. I had worked in the Real East industry for 20 years and she is one of the best Loan Officers I have ever dealt with in my career and in my personal home buying experiences. She was patient with us as my husband was a 1st time home buyer and we were stressed while moving due to other issues that had nothing to do with Jeanie or Premium Mortgage. They always kept us informed and Jeanie was on top of everything! She is highly ethical, honest, funny and understanding. I have never written a review ever in my life. I really needed to do one for Premium Mortgage because I feel they went above and beyond. I have been wanting to buy a home for a few years now but the thought of shopping around from bank to bank was something that held me back. I wasn't ready to deal with all the time, paperwork and stress that came with it. I was talking to a friend who had just purchased her home and she told me about her experience with Premium mortgage. I met with the loan officer (Mary Bataglia) and she got the ball rolling from day one. The approval process was so easy. She explained the whole process and she was super nice. She was available any time to answer my questions. The whole process took two months from beginning to end. The processor ( Tracy Mcdonald) was amazing as well she kept in touch the whole time and answered all questions. I felt their sense of urgency with them knowing my situation of my current lease. I'm still in awe with how easy and quick this process went. I would definitely recommend everybody to use Premium Mortgage.

This was my first time buying a home. I had originally looked into loans at my bank and was disappointed with the experience. They kept talking about all the solutions I did qualify for and were not focused on options for me. I actually felt uncomfortable. Premium offered great customer service and helped me prepare for the process from the beginning to end. I works with different staff members from start to finish and each of them provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend premium. Especially if you are a first0time home buyer.
