Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

TJ, Emma, and the whole Premium Mortgage crew were phenomenal. A++ experience from start to finish.

Patti Shed was fantastic to work with! I really appreciated her efficiency, organization and attention to detail all while keeping an up-beat attitude and friendly demeanor! During a process that was riddled with uncertainties and stress it was wonderful to know that I could count on her not to lead me astray. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Patti!

I thought it would be a grueling process to apply for a mortgage but the staff at Premium mortgage were wonderful. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions and helped me through the entire process. I would definitely recomend them to others.

I had a good experience with Premium. There were some lack of communication at some times during my mortgage process but besides that everything went well. That is why I dock a star.

Awesome experience. Dylan was on top of everything and made it go very quick. lowering my frustration that I had with a prior mortgage provider.

My boyfriend and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than we've had with Premium Mortgage. We are first time home buyers who knew very little about the entire process and can't thank Jeanie Nasello & Courtney Mattice enough for making this process a smooth and very quick one. We highly recommend Premium Mortgage to any future home buyer! Thank you again!

Premium Mortgage handled everything with outstanding integrity. The closing process is very tedious, however they were very knowledgeable when I had questions, responded very quickly, and handled everything professionally.

Had trouble with communication, sent links with paperwork that were 'lost', switched underwriters twice and no one seemed to know who was responsible for our account, etc. We needed to call several times, and talk to different people, in order for us to be able to get the service we required. Had to put WAY more time and effort into this than we should have given how many fees we pay to get a mortgage.
