Patti Shedd was fantastic! Always available, honest, on target with deadlines. She is the best!

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were fantastic to work with, very prompt and personable!!!!!!

The staff had excellent communication. They made everything easy and returned calls promptly. The service was professional as well as friendly. I have already referred Premium to a family member and a friend!

I had a very good experience with Premium. Justin Zimmerman and Cindy Nostro were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the whole process very easy. I would recommend Premium in the future.

Your underwriter was very slow in processing and asked for documents one-by-one for my husband and myself. The whole process was too long.

excellent start to finish - they were with us every step of the way, kept us in the loop. nancy frate did an excellent job handling our process and explained everything to us. very good service.

Made the mortgage experience stress free and easy. Needed to extend the closing date because of the sellers and had no problem retaining my interest rate.
