I was buying a house in NY from another state and communication as to why was missing. Very little explanation, no answers to questions, My attorney had a difficult time getting call backs.

Mortgage processor was not proactive and waited until the last moment to get things done. She was unclear regarding exactly what documents were required from the underwriter. She rushed the underwriter to review documents just days before closing, when these documents were sent the week before. This made the process extremely unsatisfactory and stressful. Everyone else at priemium was very pleasant and helpful.

This has been the BEST mortgage loan application experience we have ever had. From the start Karen was on her game, with clear explanations and sound advice. Karen has responded to our inquiries promptly with clear instructions. And just when we thought it couldn't get better, Courtney partnered at our side to take us step by step to close the loan. She gave us "heads up" concise bullet points on what we needed to do. They both worked seamlessly with our realtor. With no reservations we would gladly refer Premium Mortgage to family and friends. If there are social media sites where we can sing your praises, please advise.

Jeanie and Courtney were absolutely amazing to work with. They were patient with all of my questions and on the ball with getting things done. I would give them 5 stars, for sure. There were only two issues keeping Premium Mortgage from 5 stars: 1) The upload interface could be better. There is nothing that shows what has already been uploaded, and it was difficult to keep track of all of the documents as I was uploading multiple at a time. 2) I'm not sure what happened with the lawyer at closing, but the fact that there was a miscommunication at some juncture that almost jeopardized closing was concerning.

Karen and Courtney were both awesome to work with! They were both very helpful and knowledgable. I would definitely go through premium mortgage again if I could deal with these two individuals. 5 stars all the way.
