Annette, our loan officer, and David, our processor, were always willing to help us. They took time to answer any of our questions and helped guide us through the steps toward homeownership. Not to mention, we got a very competitive interest rate, as well as great advice about our home inspection and insurance options. Everything about this experience has been great. I initially selected Premium Mortgage because they were more flexible and understanding of my situation than other lenders that I had talked to. Throughout the process, their method of keeping track of required documents, submissions, signatures, and whatever else they needed was very easy.
