Great Rate and Quick Turn Around
Premium mortgage provided us with the most competitive mortgage rate and were able to complete our mortgage in just over one month (from application to close). Sales team was excellent and extremely responsive. Our contact for the next step/underwriting was not as responsive and we found ourselves contacting our sales rep frequently to have our questions answered. Our overall experience was positive and we would recommend to others in the area.

One word to sum up my experience with …
One word to sum up my experience with Tim Collins, from Premium Mortgage -Exceptional! Tim is a seasoned professional and his 20+ years of experience in the industry is a great bonus in to gauge customers' needs. I called Tim, after getting a disappointed from my Bank at the last moment. He came over the same day to my office to meet in person and we discussed my urgent need to close ASAP as my current apartment lease was ending. He said, he can close in 3 weeks per my request and would try to even do better with the interest rate too. He absolutely delivered more than what he promised - closed in less than 3 weeks and got the best deal. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much Tim and Premium Mortgage Buffalo team. Great job!

There was a lot of disconnect of …
There was a lot of disconnect of communication between the broker, the underwriter, the attorney. During a stressful time, being given information that conflicts with a team of players was even more stressful. I would have used another bank had I known the issues that would have arisen.

Great mortgage company
Premium Mortgage did a good job of keeping me informed throughout my home-buying process. The loan officer and processor were very helpful and I would definitely recommend Premium.
