My Inspire M2 gym was delivered 3 days later by very friendly and courteous delivery crew. Assembled myself in just a few hours and the gym works perfectly. The whole experience could not have better.

Ordered the Heritage WaterRower. Shipment and delivery were prompt and everything arrived in new condition. The rower was easy to assemble — don’t pay for expert assembly. Initially there was something rubbing and thus creating an annoying sound, but after calling Precor and making a simple adjustment everything worked as expected. I’ve been using the rower for only a few days, but it has more than met my expectations. Not only does it blend with my living room furniture, it’s quiet enough to watch television while rowing. And the sound it does make is so much better that the fans on other rowers like the Concept2 (use one of these at the gym).
