Excellent customer service and happy with the complete gym system I purchased. Eric took the time showing me the different types of machines and helped me pick out the one best for my needs. Delivery and set up was perfect as well.

Would never use this company again. I paid $200 to have an elliptical put together upon delivery. The technicians left after 90% of it was complete stating their supervisor told them they had been there too long. I was given no explanation. I called the supervisor myself who refused to tell me why he pulled his team away and refused to give me the number of the delivery company. I called the delivery company to set up completion of the order and they never called me back. I now have a partially put together elliptical and neither the delivery company nor pretor has responded to my calls for completion of a service i paid for.
