Delivery service was beyond terrible. And thus haven’t even been able to get my equipment inside my house. I was barely started with my order for my home gym, and I’m so disappointed that my carrier experience was so bad that I would rather pay much more to a reputable company that can guarantee in-home delivery (not end of drive-way, drop the pallet in the center and do the opposite of which we said we would do when you signed the shipper). In the future, most people that order complicated pieces of equipment and whole dumbell sets want at least some help with getting the equipment inside. If that carrier truly cannot enter a home (as they stayed), find a new carrier. You just lost at least $7,000 fro it

Although I didn’t have a good experience with them at first the people here tried to make it better, and were very apologetic in all delays, all in all I love the equipment from them.

I came into the store twice before the new year trying to find a spin bike for my home. Each time the selection was very limited and my dealings with Susan were very confusing and frustrating. She seemed very scattered and would quickly switch between models saying, "this is the best option for you" then jump to the next model that was supposedly the best option. I feel she didn't listen to my equipment requirements and couldn't focus on a model long enough for me to learn the functionality and specs. She then kept offering me models that weren't available to see/try out even though the sale ended on the 1st of the year. We purchased multiple pieces in 2018 and a consideration couldn't be made to offer me a sale price when they had the inventory in stock? I was told to buy it sight unseen and when it actually came in I could return it for credit within the 30 days if I didn't like it. I instead went to a local competitor and purchased a bike with all of the desired specs.

Found the machine we wanted and were able to get a good price on it.Store was neat and clean. It had a great selection to choose from, new and used. Delivery was fast and the young men who installed or unit worked quickly, and carefully, as to not damage our new flooring. They stuck around to make sure the machine was positioned the way I wanted before cleaning up and taking off. I've loved training on my elliptical almost everyday since we bought it. It's exactly what we wanted.
