Best stretching machine ever. I have suffered for years with back. I have received therapy and injections, many dr appointments. I found an amazing chiropractor who has you warm up with the Precor. The first time I used it, I knew this was going to help me with me back. I found a Precor store near me and purchased one immediately. I do not start my day without it, or should I say I cannot start my day without it. Using this machine properly stretches your back and body. It gets you off the floor where it’s so much harder to stretch and do properly. I know it’s more expensive than the other machines, but you do get what you pay for when it comes to the Precor. I cannot recommend this enough. Easy put together with a video. Excellent customer service and an awesome made in America product.

Great treadmill. The delivery guys schlepped the HEAVY treadmill up to our second floor with no problem and no complaints and had it properly assembled in about 30 minutes. They were GREAT! Good company to purchase from.

Simply the best ever!!!

The machine wouldn't fit through the door, so the salesman came to the house and disassembled the arms and reattached them once we rolled the unit inside. I considered that to be above and beyond the call of duty.

Needed more than one person working the floor. Got a bit overwhelming for the one person that was there. So wait time for things could have been better. I bought a rower machine, there was another customer who wanted to look at bicycles then he had to go in back and get mine and bring it out to car. He was great but having another person on duty with him or a person in the back to fill orders would have been nice he had to do it all!

Purchased treadmill from Precore Home Fitness - Downers Grove store. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me a few options that matched my requirements. They delivered and setup the treadmill for me. So far very satisfied with my purchase and the service provided by the store owner. Will definitely recommend.

My sales guy was very informative. He was always willing to answer questions and have me try different machines. I visited the store 2-3 times before buying. I'm happy with the product. I don't think you can go wrong with Precor. I looked far and wide for an elliptical, and most home use ones do not have a long enough stride length for me. I bought used with a warranty, and I love my machine.

Always excellent. We have purchased two pieces of equipment and very happy with the quality and the knowledge of the sales people. We wish that people with mental health issues who love our business could be so free to post their positive reviews.
