I was in search of an exercise bike for my elderly father with mobility issues. Trevor Engen at the Lynnwood store walked me through the process and was extremely knowledgeable and we found just the right exercise bike. My dad loves the bike and it is easy to use. Trevor has been there for follow up questions. I am so appreciative of his expertise and wonderful customer support.
