Precor Home FitnessReviews of precorhomefitness.com

Very knowledgable staff. Heather & Dean are very customer oriented and focused on what equipment would be best for you. Wide variety of quality equipment to choose from.

Dean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will stop there anytime.

Love the Stationary Bike. Very smooth ride. Precor Staff was very helpful in making my decision to buy.

Precor FTS Glide is the ultimate machine for working the entire body! I love this machine and its versatility. It is absolutely the best investment I made health wise! It is does not take up a lot of space in my garage and is easy to maintain! I would most certainly recommend this to others!

All aspects of sales and delivery were informative and helpful.

Gerad the store manager was very helpfuf in demonstrating how to use the bicycle and explaining how it works. the 2 men who delivered the bike were expertise in putting together they were like a pit crew. every one was excellent that helped us. 5 stars for every one.

I would give 0 stars if given the option. Purchased a Precor Spinning Rally bike on 12/20 with the promise it would arrive from warehouse the 1st week of January 2019. On 1/4/19 the manager of the Anchorage store sent an email stating my Precor Rally had arrived, she followed up a couple days later with a voicemail again saying bike was ready for pickup. Imagine our surprise when we received an email on 1/8 saying she was mistaken and our bike (which had already been paid in full) was not available. She immediately went into upsell mode trying to sell us other more expensive bikes. Beyond disappointed in the experience. *scrolling through the reviews I have to add that our in store sales experience was very similar to the review posted by LBAK.

This machine combines everything! Exactly what I wanted and then some.
