Precor Home FitnessReviews of precorhomefitness.com

Very satisfied.

Great customer service, delivery and setup! We’re using our elliptical and treadmill regularly!

The staff at the store was great!!! Getting a refund from Precore is terrible! Been waiting from December for a 200.00 refund as I returned one piece of equipment and purchased another piece of equipment. Like I said, the people at the store in Downers Grove are great its the corporate office that is really bad!! I am still waiting for my refund!!! They can't afford $200.00??

This company sells well made exercise machines and go out of your way to help when needed.

The folks at Precor Home Fitness are great. For a couple years in the fall I peppered them with questions about a treadmill which they cheerily answered and gave me good advice on the best model for me and best time to buy. Finally I had squirreled enough money away to buy one and they really went out of their way to find a number of shipping options for me as I live 160 miles away and had been shopping over the phone and their website. After the purchase they arranged for pickup promptly and I had the treadmill the next day. We love it!

Great customer service and affordable pricing.

Manager delivered my equipment in his own truck after his normal work day. Greatly appreciated.

Staff was helpful and the machine is awesome so far
