Trevor Engen was very helpful and informative in our purchase, however a subsequent phone call when I had a question was handled by someone else (didn't get the name) who sounded very impatient and said he would have to call back with an answer. Never got the call.

We have emailed the company with a specific question and have never heard back. I called the the store as well and never heard back. The initial store experience was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The guys who set up our elliptical were friendly and efficient.

K997010 Had a defected part and Precor tech guy came out and replaced it. Super awesome service.

We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

I was looking for the Octane Fitness ZR7 which is not a common home fitness machine. I had read everything I could on line but still had questions. Precor had the next model the ZR8 setup for demo and test purposes. I had many questions which the Precor staff tried to find answers to. They were not pushy at all and told me when they didn't know the answers to my questions. They said I could come in as often as I wanted to continue to investigate and try it out. When I still had questions which they couldn't answer, they gave me the contact information for the Octane representative that they work with. I called him and had all my questions answered. I bought the ZR7 and have been very happy. This is a specialized machine and not for everyone so I understand that they could not answer all my questions. But they put forth every effort and helped in every way possible. Great place to buy from.

Happy with the product but did not get a manual that would be helpful
